Unfamiliar

Released October 29, 2021. This is me having that metacognition moment — looking in the mirror and not recognizing myself. I rap about growing a beard, my work ethic, just how much I've changed.

What's wild is at the time I made this record, I couldn't even grow a beard. Then fast forward a couple years and I'm fully bearded. Another prophetic moment where the music came true before the reality did. Life keeps doing that to me.

It's about that feeling when you've grown so much that your past self would be unfamiliar to your present self. That's real growth.
